Shipping policy
Please be advised the processing time of sourcing/preparing the product to ship is in addition to the shipping time shown at checkout.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delays may be caused by sourcing items from other warehouses, increased demand due to sales or new product releases, and/or postal carrier delays that are out of our control.
Sometimes orders may be split due to inventory availability at HQ vs other warehouses. Email notifications will show which items have shipped. If an item is missing, it is likely because it is shipping from a separate location. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us for a status update.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. We will not alter products to "beat the system" i.e; locking down blades, shipping in parts, etc. You are responsible for knowing your country's rules, regulations, and costs for import.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Straack is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at recon@straack.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Keep in mind, we have no control of your item once it leaves and will see the same tracking updates as you. If you need specific, or more in depth answers, please contact the shipping company directly.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please be aware of this when shipping to a PO Box.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at recon@straack.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
